By accessing or using the Social Tale website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Social Tale provides TikTok Shop management and growth services for DTC brands, including but not limited to affiliate management, creator outreach, paid media strategy, LIVE commerce, and shop operations.
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to necessary accounts and platforms, and prompt communication regarding campaign approvals and feedback.
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your contract. Late payments may incur additional fees as detailed in your service agreement.
All strategies, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies developed by Social Tale remain the intellectual property of Social Tale. Content created for clients as part of service delivery is owned by the client upon full payment.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, performance data, and financial information.
Social Tale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.
Social Tale's services are dependent on third-party platforms including TikTok and TikTok Shop. We are not responsible for changes to platform policies, algorithms, or availability that may affect campaign performance.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
